The Art of Balance
The primary goals of the workshop are to enhance participants' awareness of the concept of balance in both their bodies and lives, encourage creative self-expression, and promote personal insight through movement and art-making. Participants will explore how balance is a dynamic process, involving continuous adjustments, and will be guided in translating this understanding into creative forms. The workshop aims to foster a safe and supportive environment where individuals can connect with themselves and others, building a deeper sense of self-awareness and resilience.
