About the Presentation Facilitator
Sarah Hunt is an experienced Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Applied Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Sarah is excited to support the vibrant community of creative and performing artists, helping them feel their best both in their art form and in their everyday lives. As a former competitive dancer for 12 years, she understands the unique physical and emotional demands of an artistic lifestyle. Her approach is holistic, evidence-based, and trauma-informed, tailored to address the specific health concerns that often come with each craft. Whether it’s optimizing food intake to sustain creative flow, managing eating habits with unpredictable schedules, balancing nutrition on a budget, or navigating chronic health conditions, Sarah works with clients to create personalized eating strategies that fit their unique needs. Her goal is to provide compassionate, practical support to nourish both the body and creativity. She also values the interdisciplinary model of care and is happy to collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed. Outside of work, Sarah recharges through dancing, practicing yoga, exploring nature, and playing with her cat, Cleopatra. Together, Sarah and her clients work to help them thrive as both artists and individuals.
